What is COVID-19 or Noval Coronavirus? It is an infectious disease caused by a virus.

It’s no doubt that Novel Coronavirus or COVID-19 has impacted globally and almost every business sector is dealing with a low cash flow which caused maximum business operations to be paused or slowed down.

Oil & Gas, Aerospace & Defence, Travel and Automotive industries are the most affected business sectors that got hampered due to it.

Not only this, but major operations of all small, medium and enterprise businesses are getting performed from Home, i.e. Work from Home, and only those operations are allowed that are critical for a smooth business run.

But, if we look from a different angle, I see it as a good opportunity for all small and mid-sized business owners to boost up their business in the coming 3-4 months if they invest in online marketing practices at this point in time. Why?

Before February 2020, I used to receive tons of marketing notifications on my mobile from Flipkart, Amazon, SnapDeal, etc. and I believe you all must get those too for the new product launch, discount offers, or to become a subscribed member for higher savings.

Those all practices have been limited now or stopped by some channels because this is something no can handle while doing “Work From Home”, As remarketing, brand marketing needs efforts and coordination of the entire team.

Apart from this, I also noticed the majority of enterprises and organizations of multi-business sectors have paused their SEO campaign for the time till the COVID19 effect.

Now, if we look at it from a very practical business sense and consider it as a time for SEO marketing investments could be a good call for the future growth of your business, or to recover your current business loss.

Since most of the big players of the multi-business sectors have paused their marketing practices because of COVID-19, this could be a Golden opportunity for small and mid-sized businesses to invest in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and try to bring their products and services in the first page of major search engines.

Another benefit, all your SEO investments (could be the same budget you were investing earlier) this time could just double up the impact and may double up the chances for your website to come up by beating up your competitors since the majority of them may have paused their SEO campaigns.

Since SEO takes 3-4 months to show the results. Depending upon the current COVID-19 scenarios, the benefit for smart business owners could be large In terms of SERP Rankings, Higher Audinece Reach, More Website Traffic and Leads if they Invest at this point of time.

So, it is important for all business owners to retain their existing customer base and to get more visible in front of your target audience.
