Google Ads Packages for Real Estate Agents That Turn Local Searches Into Listing Appointments

Every day, buyers type "homes for sale near me" and homeowners type "what is my house worth" into Google. Most of those searches end on a portal page, where your name sits next to five other agents who paid for the same lead. Our Google Ads packages for real estate agents are built to change that.

SEOServiceinIndia plans, builds and manages real estate Google Ads campaigns that send buyer, seller and investor enquiries straight to you. Every lead is tracked through to the booked appointment and the signed agreement.

We work with solo realtors, teams and brokerages across the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore and India. Every campaign is set up inside Google's housing-ad rules and your local advertising regulations, so your budget buys leads instead of disapprovals.

Own the Lead

Why Real Estate Agents Need Their Own Google Ads Pipeline

Portal leads feel easy until you add up the bill. Zillow, Realtor.com, Rightmove, realestate.com.au, PropertyGuru, 99acres and MagicBricks all sell attention you don't own. By the time an enquiry reaches you, it has often been shared, and the buyer is already talking to other agents. When you stop paying, the flow stops too.

Google Ads for real estate agents works differently. The searcher lands on your website, your valuation tool or your listing page. Their details go into your CRM, and every conversation adds to your database rather than the portal's.

The landscape shifted again in 2026. In June, Google rolled its home-listing Local Services Ads out across all 50 US states. These ads show property cards with photos and prices, plus a button that connects the buyer directly to a local agent. In plain terms, Google has become a property portal in its own right.

Agents who set up their verified profile, reviews and bidding early will appear inside that experience. Agents who wait will watch competitors take the call.

That is the idea behind our real estate PPC packages: rent less attention and own more of your pipeline.

2026 Benchmarks

How Google Ads Works for Realtors in 2026

Real estate is one of the few industries where clicks are fairly affordable but leads are not.

$3.22 Average CPC

US search benchmark for real estate in 2026.

3.70% Average conversion rate

Lead conversion is still difficult despite affordable clicks.

$102 Average cost per lead

The gap between click cost and lead cost shows where the real work lies.

US search benchmarks for 2026 put the average real estate cost per click at about $3.22, up roughly 27% year on year. The average conversion rate is 3.70% and the average cost per lead is around $102.

High-intent searches such as "homes for sale in [city]" or "sell my house fast" cost more per click, but they convert far better than general property searches.

That gap between cheap clicks and expensive leads shows where the real work lies. It is rarely the bid. It is choosing the right searches, sending each one to the right page and following up fast.

Campaign Architecture

Buyer, Seller, Renter and Investor: Four Searches, Four Campaigns

A buyer searching "3 bedroom homes in Frisco" and a homeowner searching "Frisco home value" are different people, and they are worth different amounts to you.

01

Buyer leads

Buyer leads are plentiful and cheaper.

02

Seller leads

Seller leads are scarcer and pricier, because every agent in town wants the listing. One signed listing, though, can be worth several buyer transactions.

03

Rental searches

Rental searches have their own economics and must be protected from consuming seller budget.

04

Investor searches

Investor searches have their own economics again, with separate intent, copy and landing pages.

That is why we never run a single "real estate" campaign. Each audience gets its own campaign, budget, ad copy and landing page. A flood of cheap rental clicks can never starve your seller campaign of budget.

Housing Policy

The Targeting Rules Most Real Estate Ads Get Wrong

Google treats your ads as housing ads if you advertise homes for sale or rent, or services that help people buy, sell or rent homes. In the United States and Canada, that means restricted targeting:

  • You cannot target or exclude people by age, gender, parental status or marital status.
  • You cannot target by ZIP code.
  • City, county and radius targeting are still allowed, with a minimum radius of 1 km.
  • In Canada, the first three characters of a postal code are acceptable.

Many do-it-yourself accounts break these rules without realising it, and their ads get limited or flagged. Others comply but lose precision and never replace it.

We replace that precision with signals Google does allow:

  • Search intent. Keywords describe the home, the neighbourhood and the price band rather than the person searching.
  • Geography. Radius and city layers are built around the areas you actually farm.
  • Your own data. Consented CRM lists and website visitors are used within policy.
  • Conversion data. Once Google learns which leads became real appointments, its bidding finds more people like them without any demographic targeting.

Compliance by Market

Compliance Built Into Every Ad, Market by Market

A real estate ad that breaks local rules is a liability, however well it converts. We build the required disclosures into your ad copy, assets and landing pages from day one.

United States

Ad copy follows fair housing principles, so we avoid wording that signals a preferred type of buyer, such as "perfect for young professionals." Brokerage details required by your state licence law appear on landing pages and, where needed, in ad assets.

Canada

Provincial regulators set their own advertising rules, such as the clear brokerage-name requirement in Ontario. The same Google targeting restrictions as the US also apply.

United Kingdom

UK homeowners search for "estate agents," not "realtors," so keyword research uses local vocabulary. Listing pages carry the material information buyers expect, such as price, tenure and council tax band, in line with National Trading Standards guidance.

Australia

Underquoting rules in states such as New South Wales and Victoria shape how price guides appear in ads and on landing pages.

Singapore

Every property ad from a registered salesperson must show:

  • the agent's registered name
  • their CEA registration number
  • the agency name
  • the agency licence number

Online ads cannot bury these details behind a link, so we place them in landing page headers, assets and lead forms.

India

Project ads must carry the RERA registration number and the state RERA website, and a growing number of states also require a QR code. We verify registration before any campaign goes live, and we never advertise an unregistered project.

Package Fit

Our Google Ads Packages for Real Estate Agents

Every agent's market, price point and capacity is different. That is why we quote each package after a free audit instead of publishing a one-size price.

Campaign Inclusions

What's Inside Every Real Estate Google Ads Campaign

Real estate PPC campaign inclusions
Keywords, landing pages, call tracking, CRM sync and remarketing
01

Keyword and Negative Keyword Architecture

Real estate search is full of noise: people looking for agent jobs, licence courses, commission rates, portal logins and for-sale-by-owner guides. We build shared negative keyword lists from day one. We then add to them every week from your actual search terms report, so you pay for homebuyers and homeowners, not students and job seekers.

02

Landing Pages That Match the Search

Sending a "sell my home" click to your homepage wastes money. Each audience gets its own page:

  • Sellers get a home valuation page with a short form.
  • Buyers get neighbourhood or IDX listing pages with a saved-search sign-up.
  • Investors get market data and opportunity pages.

Every page loads fast on mobile and carries your licence and compliance details.

03

Call Tracking and Speed-to-Lead

Many real estate leads arrive by phone, and response time often decides who wins them. We set up call tracking that counts only calls long enough to be real conversations. Form leads are routed to your phone or CRM instantly, so no enquiry sits unanswered overnight.

04

CRM Integration and Offline Conversion Import

A form fill is not a client. We connect Google Ads to your CRM and send back which leads became appointments, signed agreements and closings. Supported CRMs include Follow Up Boss, Lofty, BoldTrail, Sierra Interactive, HubSpot, Salesforce and Zoho, plus LeadSquared and Sell.Do in India.

With this data, Google bids for more people who look like your real clients, not your time-wasters.

05

Local Services Ads and Google Business Profile

Where Local Services Ads are available for real estate agents, we handle the whole setup:

  • profile creation and verification
  • job-type selection: buyer's agent, seller's agent, property management and commercial
  • review strategy
  • budget management

We also keep your Google Business Profile consistent, since reviews and responsiveness affect how your LSA ranks.

06

Remarketing, YouTube and Performance Max

Buying or selling a home can take months. Remarketing keeps you in front of past visitors with new listings, market updates and valuation offers. Video campaigns showcase property tours and your local knowledge.

Performance Max is used only with guardrails: brand exclusions, clean conversion goals and listing-level reporting.

Why Us

Why Real Estate Agents Choose SEOServiceinIndia

Experience across markets

We manage paid search for property businesses in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore and India. We know that an estate agent in Manchester, a realtor in Toronto and a property consultant in Gurugram are found through very different searches.

Hands-on expertise

Our specialists work inside Google Ads every day, across Search, Local Services Ads, Performance Max and YouTube. That includes the housing policy details that trip up general agencies.

Full transparency

You own the ad account and every piece of data. Our reports show search terms, spend, cost per lead and cost per appointment, not vanity metrics.

Honest promises

We will not promise a fixed number of closings, a guaranteed top position or leads at a price your market cannot support. If your market or budget isn't ready for paid search, we will tell you before you spend.

Reporting

Transparent Real Estate PPC Reporting

Your reports are built around the metrics that move the business: search terms, spend, cost per lead, cost per appointment, signed agreements and closing-quality conversion data. The point is not to make the dashboard look busy. It is to show where the budget created real conversations and which campaigns deserve more of it.

Who This Isn't For

Google Ads is a poor fit in a few situations:

  • You need closings next week.
  • Nobody is available to answer calls and follow up with leads.
  • Your budget is too small for Google to learn from.
  • You are a developer in India wanting to promote a project that isn't yet RERA-registered.

In any of these cases, we will suggest the right first step instead of taking your money.

Yes, when campaigns are split by audience, sent to matching landing pages and backed by fast follow-up. Google Ads reaches people at the moment they search for homes or valuations, which makes it one of the highest-intent channels available to agents.

There are two costs: your ad spend, paid directly to Google, and our management fee. In the US, real estate clicks average a few dollars each, while leads often cost around $100 or more depending on the market. We quote packages after a free audit so the budget matches your area and goals.

Every package includes keyword and negative keyword research, campaign build, compliant ad copy, landing page guidance, conversion and call tracking, and regular reporting. The Growth and Enterprise packages add CRM integration, Local Services Ads, remarketing and advanced bidding.

Not in the US or Canada. Housing ads there cannot use ZIP code, age, gender, marital status or parental status targeting. We use city and radius targeting, keyword intent and conversion data to reach the right people within the rules.

They serve different roles. Portal leads are quick but shared, and they stop when you stop paying. Google Ads leads come to your own website and CRM, so every lead builds a database you own. Many agents use both, then shift budget as their Google Ads campaigns mature.

Most campaigns produce enquiries within the first few weeks. The first 30 to 60 days are a learning period, though, while we refine keywords, pages and bidding. Lead quality usually improves once your CRM starts sending appointment data back to Google.

Yes. We run campaigns for agents and agencies in the UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore and India. Each campaign uses local search vocabulary and follows local advertising rules, such as CEA disclosures in Singapore and RERA requirements in India.

Yes. The account, data, audiences and conversion history are always yours. If you ever move on, everything stays with you.
