RedCircle Podcast Submission Services

Your show is on RedCircle, so you might assume it's already everywhere. Usually it isn't. RedCircle is a strong host, but its Distribution page is a checklist, not a pipeline. One click gets you onto Spotify. Almost everything else still needs manual work: Apple Podcasts, the extended directory set, ownership claims, and the verification steps that decide whether a listing actually appears.

SEOServiceinIndia's RedCircle podcast submission services close that gap. We audit your feed, set up or migrate your RedCircle account, and submit and claim your show on every directory that matters to your audience. Then we prepare it for the RedCircle Ad Platform, so distribution turns into downloads and downloads turn into revenue. We work with podcasters, brands and networks across the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore and India.

Platform Overview

What RedCircle Is in 2026 (and What It Isn't)

RedCircle launched in San Francisco in 2018 as a podcast host built for independent creators. It was originally called SeedCast, and that old name still appears in some platform dashboards. Today it is a two-sided business. On one side, it hosts podcasts with unlimited storage, bandwidth and episodes, even on the free Core plan. On the other side, it sells host-read and programmatic advertising to brands through the RedCircle Ad Platform (RAP).

Hosting + advertising

That second side is now what the homepage leads with. RedCircle reports more than a billion host-read ads delivered and over ten thousand partnered podcasters. For you, this means RedCircle is not only a place to store audio. It is also a marketplace where your show competes for advertiser attention.

What it is not

What RedCircle is not is a directory. Listeners don't browse RedCircle to find new shows the way they browse Apple Podcasts or Spotify. Your RedCircle account produces an RSS feed, and each listening app reads that feed after you submit it. Submission is the bridge between the two, and it is the part most shows get wrong.

Distribution Reality

Why the RedCircle Distribution Page Isn't a Pipeline

RedCircle's own help centre is candid about this. The Distribution page is an organisational hub. It lists instructions for the major platforms, but it does not connect your show to them. Here is how the doors actually open.

The One-Click Door: Spotify (and YouTube on Pro)

Spotify distribution is genuinely one click once at least one episode is published. YouTube distribution is also one click, but only on the Pro plan and above. Shows that migrated from another host have extra steps. You need to claim the show on Spotify for Creators and confirm that the hosting provider reads RedCircle or SeedCast. If it shows your old host, your new episodes may never reach Spotify.

The Apple Door: Manual, With a Claim Token

Apple Podcasts needs an Apple ID, at least one published episode and a submission through Apple Podcasts Connect. Apple may also ask for a six-digit authorisation code, which goes into the Apple: Claim Token field in your RedCircle Podcast Settings. After approval, you paste the Apple link back into RedCircle's Distribution page. Miss any step and the show either stays in review or never links up.

The Manual Set: Everything Else

iHeartRadio, Pandora (now through Simplecast Creator Connect), Pocket Casts, TuneIn, Podcast Addict, Castbox, Player FM, Amazon Music, Listen Notes and regional apps each have their own forms, claim flows and review times. Some approve within hours. Others review manually for days or weeks. None of them happen automatically because you host on RedCircle.

Service Scope

What Our RedCircle Podcast Submission Services Include

Every engagement is built around your show, but the core work stays consistent.

1. Free RSS Feed Audit

We validate your RedCircle feed before submitting anywhere, because every directory inherits its faults. We check:

  • Episode GUIDs, enclosures and file encoding
  • Artwork size and format
  • Category choices
  • The owner email inside the feed, since many platforms send verification codes there
  • Leftover itunes:block tags
  • Duplicate or stale listings from previous hosts

2. Account Setup or Migration

New shows get a clean RedCircle account with a complete show profile, correct categories, a published first episode and podcast webpage settings. Existing shows moving from another host get a managed migration:

  • RedCircle's free import is used, with GUIDs preserved so episodes don't duplicate in apps.
  • A 301 redirect is set on the old feed, so subscribers and download history move with you.

3. Apple Podcasts Submission and Claim

We handle the Podcasts Connect submission, the claim token, and review follow-up. We also fix common rejection causes such as incomplete feed URLs, missing episodes or artwork issues. Then we link the approved listing back to RedCircle. For deeper Apple-specific recovery work, see our Apple Podcasts submission page.

4. Spotify Distribution and Verification

For new shows, we run the one-click distribution and claim the show on Spotify for Creators. For migrated shows, we verify the hosting provider value and raise a Spotify support request where the dashboard won't let you switch it yourself.

5. YouTube Podcast Setup

On the Pro plan, we configure one-click YouTube distribution. We also set up playlist naming, video episode settings, and RedCircle's generated video option for audio-only shows.

06

6. Extended Directory Submission

We submit and claim your show on the platforms your audience uses: iHeartRadio, Pandora, Amazon Music, Pocket Casts, TuneIn, Podcast Addict, Castbox, Player FM, Listen Notes and Podcast Index. We add regional platforms where they fit, such as JioSaavn and Hubhopper for Indian audiences.

07

7. Listing Verification, Not Just Submission

A submitted form is not a live listing. We search for your show inside each app, confirm the latest episode appears, and record every live URL. You receive the full list and can add the links to RedCircle's Distribution page and your website.

08

8. Discovery Layer

Directories list you. Search engines and AI answer engines help people find you. We publish transcripts (RedCircle's Growth plan includes a monthly allowance), build canonical episode pages on your website, and add PodcastSeries and PodcastEpisode schema. Together these help Google and AI assistants understand and surface your episodes.

Monetisation

From Listed to Monetisable: Getting RAP-Ready

For most RedCircle creators, distribution is really the first step toward monetisation. The RedCircle Ad Platform opens only once a show reaches 500 weekly downloads. Broader, cleaner distribution is the most direct way to get there.

Once you're close to the threshold, we prepare the application. First, we set up the Stripe Express account RedCircle requires. Then we complete the RAP profile: host-read CPM rates, programmatic settings, ad category exclusions, audience demographics taken from Spotify for Creators, and linked social profiles. RedCircle's review typically takes about a week.

The profile matters because it is what advertisers see. Revenue split is also different by ad type: independent reviews widely report creators keeping around 70% of host-read revenue and 50% of programmatic revenue. We help you set insertion points and audio blocks so ads land where they perform without hurting the listening experience.

We also set up RedCircle's Cross Promotions Marketplace (Growth plan and above). Swapping promos with shows that share your audience is one of the most cost-effective ways to grow weekly downloads.

Not Hosted on RedCircle? OpenRAP

If your show lives on another host and you don't want to move, OpenRAP brings RedCircle's host-read ad demand to your existing feed. Remotely hosted shows enter estimated weekly downloads and their US audience share on the profile, so we help you document those numbers accurately.

Hosting Decision

Two Doors: Host on RedCircle or Stay Where You Are

Every project starts with one decision, and we settle it during the free audit.

Door one: host on RedCircle.

This suits new shows, independent creators who want built-in monetisation, and networks that want dynamic insertion and team seats in one place. For you, this is a migration job plus full distribution.

Door two: keep your current host and add RedCircle demand through OpenRAP.

This suits established shows with contracts, custom analytics or sponsorship workflows tied to their current platform. For you, this is a listing and monetisation job, and nothing about your feed location changes.

We recommend whichever door costs you less and earns you more. Sometimes that means not migrating at all.

RedCircle Plans

Which RedCircle Plan Fits? We Size It, We Don't Upsell It

RedCircle's free Core plan includes unlimited hosting, one podcast and standard support. That is enough for most first-time shows.

The paid plans, at the annual-billing rates shown on RedCircle's pricing page, add the following:

Core — Free

Unlimited hosting, one podcast and standard support. Enough for most first-time shows.

Growth — $14.99/month

Unlimited shows, the Cross Promotions Marketplace, unlimited dynamic insertion, transcripts and advanced analytics.

Pro — $29.99/month

Video uploads, one-click YouTube, team seats, tracking URLs, and the ability to run your own ads.

Enterprise — $99.99/month

Built for networks, with unlimited seats and a dedicated account manager.

We match the plan to your show's stage. A new weekly interview show rarely needs Pro on day one. A video-first show that depends on YouTube usually does.

Global Reach

Markets We Serve

Map showing podcast distribution coverage in USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore and India
Six core markets, one verified feed.

United States

RedCircle's advertiser base is heavily US-facing. The brands on its homepage are largely American consumer brands, and the RAP profile asks what share of your audience is in the US. American shows have the strongest monetisation fit.

United Kingdom

We add UK-relevant directories and use UK spelling in metadata where your listeners expect it. We also advise honestly on how much RAP demand a UK-majority audience is likely to attract.

Canada

English and French metadata where needed, plus distribution that reaches Canadian listeners, who often have a meaningful US audience overlap.

Australia

Directory coverage for Australian listening habits, with Spotify and Apple as the priority claims.

Singapore

Clear language declaration for English, Mandarin or Malay shows, plus distribution that reaches regional listeners.

India

The audience is Android-heavy, so Spotify, YouTube, JioSaavn and Hubhopper come first. RAP fit depends on your US diaspora share, and we tell you plainly if it is low.

Why SEOServiceinIndia

Why Podcasters Choose SEOServiceinIndia

We tell you what's free.

The RedCircle Core plan is free, and so are most directory listings. You are paying for the expertise and hours around them: the audit, the claims, the fixes, the verification and the growth work.

We work from the platforms' own documentation.

Every step on this page follows RedCircle's help centre and each directory's published process. We don't rely on recycled "top 50 submission sites" lists full of dead platforms. Our wider podcast submission services cover more than forty platforms individually, so we know which ones are live and which ones aren't.

We never fake growth.

No bought downloads, no fake reviews, no bot plays. These breach platform rules and can get a show removed from RAP. We also never promise RAP approval, chart positions or sponsor deals. RedCircle and its advertisers make those decisions.

We are accountable.

You receive a live-URL sheet, before-and-after feed reports, and monthly progress updates against the 500 weekly download goal.

Core setup usually finishes within a few days. Apple review and some manual directory reviews can take longer, so full verification typically takes two to four weeks.

Yes. OpenRAP brings RedCircle's host-read ad demand to shows on other hosts. We set it up and prepare the profile for you.

The most common cause, especially after a migration, is a hosting provider mismatch in Spotify for Creators. We check and correct it, raising a Spotify support request where needed.
